I need to lose weight fast
I’m sure you’re wondering what I’m up to talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because the other day I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was perspiring, coughing, my skin was hot, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom to splash some cold water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I need to lose weight. Fast.
In some ways, I’m starting to feel like I’m becoming my father. He was a hugely obese guy, with a wonderful sense of humor and a devout, family focused approach to life. But I tell you, he was huge. And now I’m growing fat also. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I very much would like to avoid getting to 250 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s really just no going back.
So I’ve been doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight fast. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which will no doubt make it a lot easier to stick to whatever diet plan we decide on. There’s a huge amount of weight loss advice out there
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how good the weight loss program turns out for us. I understand weight loss will be difficult, but it’s what has to happen as far as I’m concerned, so I’m really going to be working hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
